Praline If you haven’t heard of My Playroom Kids Care Center this is a popular day care center located in Ayala Center Cebu Philippines.
One of the most common concerns of working parents is finding a trustworthy Day Care Center. I can relate to this especially since I have my own little angel to take care of. They mean the world to you so you can’t just leave them anywhere without knowing that they are comfortable and safe.
There are certainly times when parents need a place that they can rely on more than ever during spur of the moment situations or when there’s somewhere they need to be but just can’t leave their kids just anywhere. That’s why My Playroom Kids Care Center located Ayala Cebu can be an ideal place for your children to have a good time while you are away.
My Playroom Kids Center is a home away from home day care center where your kids can express themselves and interact with other kids while enjoying fun toys, rides, kiddie playground, educational and fun movies, and more.
Every Saturday and Sunday they have outlined some entertaining activities for your kids.
Movie Time 1:30 to 2:30
Dancing & Singing 2:30 to 3:00
Story Telling 3:00 to 3:30
Arts & Crafts 3:30 to 4:30
Fun & Games 4:30 to 5:30
Indeed, this kind of playroom centers will be a great help for parents particularly those who have work. There are just a few shortcomings that I have observed during the times that we’ve been there. The entrance and exit points are both the same so the area can get pretty crowded especially when you’re about to claim your child.
In case you’re wondering where to put all your stuff, they have small shelves where you can leave your things. You have to wear socks inside the center so you need to leave you and your kid’s shoes or sandals on their shelves. If you don’t have one, you can choose to purchase their socks which are worth P40 PHP each. This is expensive considering that the quality of the socks was substandard. You can probably get those socks for half the price at any department store.
They give you a claim tag with the number of a specific cubbyhole so that you can only have access to your own things. The cubbyhole doesn’t have a lock or door so I didn’t feel confident that all our stuff was safe. They have enough personnel to go around but I noticed none was assigned to watch your stuff. Most of their personnel were either at the counter or the playroom. It is best not to leave belongings that are of value like mobile phones, laptops, wallet, iPods, etc.
Even so I will recommend this place to parents who need a reliable day care center for their kids when they need to run some errands. A guardian is required to watch your kids so you can assign your nanny to watch your little angel before you go. We went there last Sunday and I only spent P100 for an hour so at least Vaughn had fun for playing with other kids.

I’m sorry to hear about your daughter’s experience. Most of the time we go to My Playroom w/c is located in Ayala but I always have our Yaya to watch over him and make sure that nobody tramples on him that way. It’s really upsetting to know your kid won’t have any fun at all because of these other kids who bully the smaller ones. It’s best if you talk to the manager or owner of the business so they are aware that some kids are like this. Sorry to say that I don’t have any contact number, though I did ask one attendant but they couldn’t provide me any. Thanks for sharing your experience since I’ll be more careful with my son every time he goes to any kind of play center.
My 21-month old daughter and her nanny visited My Playroom for the first time this afternoon and the nanny reports that it was not a good place for young toddlers because most customers are older & mean kids. The nanny related that my daughter wanted to go inside one of the playhouses but a young girl was already inside and she screamed: “Get out! Get out of my house!” My bewildered daughter reportedly kept saying “Please!” but that spoiled brat just kept screaming at her. So my daughter wanted to ride a toy car but she was overtaken by an older boy. My daughter said “Please!” again but was ignored. The nanny says the older kids would throw balls all over the place and even at the attendants. I felt so guilty leaving my daughter there. I try my best to teach her to say “please” and “thank you”. I wish the parents of those spoiled brats would do the same. I’ll never go to My Playroom again.
