Movie Addicts

One of the things that me and my hubby have in common is watching movies. We just love movies specifically English movies. We’re not really into Filipino movies and that’s because they’re always predictable. Anyways, I’ve recently checked our external hard drive and was surprised that we have a total of 132 movies in it.

Our external hard drive can accommodate 160 GB of memory and we have used up 103 GB already! I guess we have to think about purchasing another hard drive since the movies we like to watch are piling up quickly than we’ve expected. We still have other DVD s stored in our closet and we just don’t have the time to save them yet on the drive.

The Last Airbender Movie

I can’t wait to watch M. Night Shyamalan’s new movie, The Last Airbender . The movie is based on the animated series “Avatar: The Last Airbender” created by Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko. According to IMDb, the movie will premiere July 2nd of next year. The cast includes hunky actor Jackson Rathbonewho played Sokka, a teenage Water Tribe warrior and Dev Patel of Slumdog Millionaire who played Prince Zuko, the exiled son of the Fire Nation king Fire Lord Ozai.

Here’s a brief synopsis of the movie from imdb.com:

Best Kiss

The Notebook starring Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams

Just sharing my list of best movie lip-locks :) One of my favorite past time is to watch great movies preferably about romance, comedy or even fantasy! I enjoy movies with great story lines and ofcourse, great actors who know how to KISS! It really makes a difference since it makes you want to watch the movie over and over. My list can and will change if I get to watch other movies with better kissing scenes. In case, you haven’t seen some of the movies on this list then I would suggest for you to watch the movie, hopefully with no regrets! Enjoy!

♥ Never Been Kissed starring Michael Vartan and Drew Barrymore :)

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince!

Weee! I just watched Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince yesterday at Ayala Center Cebu and boy oh boy, the movie was awesome!!! Sorry if you would have to read another post about this, I know there are a lot of blogs posting reviews and rants about the latest Harry Potter movie but really, I just can’t help it. Just like what I wrote in my other blog site bloggercorner.com, the movie was greaaaat! Though, I was disappointed when Lord Voldemort didn’t show but I understand they have to follow JK Rowling’s sixth book so it’s all good. I liked Ginny and Harry paired up. The chemistry between these two is just infectious! It’s also amazing how Daniel, Emma and Rupert look all grown-up compared to the earlier Harry Potter movies. I also felt really sad when Dumbledore died. I can’t wait for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows.I understand they had to split the movie into two parts. But I’d still be watching the movie in theaters since it’s worth every penny!
