Recently, news circulating that Emma Watson just bought a £3million house in London which she’s planning to share with her steady beau Jay Barrymore, 26. The couple was said to have been dating for 16 consecutive months and had decided to take their relationship to the next level. Not really that long if you ask me. A source, however, said that “Despite the fame, she’s really got her head screwed on. After consulting with several property experts, as well as her family and friends, she’s decided to invest in her own place.”
